Mihai Craioveanu · Violin
Hailed by the prestigious magazine The Strad, as “stunning...brilliant”, Mihai Craioveanu has concertized to great acclaim throughout the world. The Washington Post describes his playing as a “Violinist Speaking in Strings...dramatic, nuanced and playful...his violin became became his voice.”
He performed sold out concerts in legendary venues, such as Carnegie Hall in New York City, Palau de la Musica in Barcelona, Atheneum Hall in Bucharest, and the internationally televised “Hour of Power” at the renowned Crystal Cathedral in California. He also performed on the nationally televised program “Joy of Music” hosted by the famed organist Diane Bish. Craioveanu´s recent acclaimed concert debut in China as part of the Shanghai International Festival, was broadcast on the Chinese national television as well as worldwide on satellite channels. Craioveanu´s biography is included in the upcoming 2007 edition of the prestigious Marquis Who Is Who In American Education. His CD recording is distributed on www.amazon.com.
